US spot Bitcoin ETF inflows reached $2.39 billion last week, the strongest weekly total of 2026, according to data from SoSoValue cited by CoinTelegraph. The funds added $134.5 million on Friday alone, capping a week in which daily demand slowed after a near $1 billion day on Monday.
The weekly figure was the largest since the week ending 10 October 2025, when net inflows came to $2.71 billion. It also cleared the earlier 2026 peak of $1.92 billion, which was set in August.
The run has pulled the funds' year-to-date flows back into positive territory. By Friday they stood at roughly $926 million, recovering from a year-to-date deficit of about $5.55 billion in early July.
Record week for inflows
The inflows came as Bitcoin pulled back from above $87,100. At the time of publication the asset traded near $83,116, down 1.6% over 24 hours but up 1.7% over seven days, according to CoinGecko.
Sentiment stayed in optimistic territory despite the price dip. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index read 74, up from 70 a week earlier, still in what Alternative.me classifies as Greed.
Demand was not limited to Bitcoin products. US spot Ether ETFs attracted about $690 million in net inflows over the week, reversing roughly $140 million of outflows the week before, while spot XRP ETFs added about $76 million, SoSoValue data showed.
Bitcoin slips from highs
The scale of the Bitcoin ETF week matters because these vehicles have become a main channel for US institutional exposure to the asset. A swing from a multi-billion dollar year-to-date deficit to a modest surplus shows how quickly flows can turn, and how closely they track price moves and broader risk appetite.
