Risk Disclaimer
Read this before you act on anything published here. Crypto markets can and do take everything you put into them.
This Is Journalism, Not Advice
Everything on InvestIn.News is published for general information. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. We do not know your circumstances, your tax position or your risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is tailored to them.
BitWorld Media INC is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and does not hold client assets or execute trades.
The Risk Is Real
- Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose the entire value of a position, quickly.
- Past performance tells you nothing about what happens next.
- Many assets are thinly traded. The price you see may not be the price you get.
- Protocols fail, bridges get drained, exchanges freeze withdrawals and custodians go under.
- In most jurisdictions crypto holdings are not covered by deposit insurance or an investor compensation scheme.
- Rules change. An asset that is legal to hold today may not be tomorrow.
Take independent advice from someone licensed in your jurisdiction before you commit money. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Market Data
Prices, market capitalisations, dominance figures, sentiment indices and Federal Reserve data come from third parties. They are indicative, they may be delayed, and they are not execution prices. Every panel shows when its data was updated. Check it.
AI-Written Summaries and Flashes
Summaries on the NewsDesk are written by AI from the original article and labelled on every item. A story without an AI summary is held for an editor and never published with only the outlet’s feed text; older items published before this rule may still show the outlet’s own short description, quoted, credited and labelled. Short updates on NewsFeeds are rewritten by AI from other outlets’ news flashes and public posts in Telegram channels, and published without an editor reading them first. Posts on social platforms are often first reports and may be unconfirmed, promotional or later withdrawn, and we do not verify them. A flash that could not be rewritten is never published. Either way, a summary or a flash is a signpost to the publisher’s reporting, not a substitute for it, and the credited outlet’s original is the authoritative version. Automated summarisation can misread emphasis, nuance and conditionality, and we correct errors reported to us. When a story matters to you, follow the link and read the original. An editor may review a NewsDesk story and add our own view in an “Our take” box, signed “Reviewed by” with their name; only reviewed NewsDesk stories are offered to search engines, the rest stay readable here but are marked noindex. Under an AI summary, a dated “Market check” line gives a few numbers from our own market data, and a Bullish, Bearish or Neutral tag (also on NewsFeeds) gives the AI’s reading of the story’s tone; neither says the news moved a price, and neither is advice.
The AI Hub and Glossary
The AI Hub readings (status, prices, models, repositories and updates) come from third parties and may be wrong or late. Its plain-words lines are written by AI, and the glossary is drafted with AI help and checked by an editor. They explain; they do not advise, and an AI explanation can be wrong or out of date.
Forward-Looking Statements
Analysis on this site may contain expectations, projections and estimates. They are opinions held at the time of writing, they are not guarantees, and we are under no obligation to update them.
Conflicts
InvestIn.News comes under the brand umbrella of BitWorld Media INC and was created by its founders. BitWorld Media INC also publishes BitcoinWorld (bitcoinworld.co.in), our sister site; the two newsrooms share an owner, and we label any story that involves BitcoinWorld. Where a writer has holdings or interests relevant to their coverage, they are disclosed on their profile page. No exchange or token issuer holds equity in BitWorld Media INC. Paid placements are labelled and kept apart from the newsroom, and items from outlets that pay for their feed integration are labelled “Partner”. If you believe something on this site is conflicted and undisclosed, tell us and we will investigate.
Where This Applies
