How this page works, and questions

Every 5 minutes our server reads each provider’s own public status page (most publish one in a standard form; Google’s Gemini on Vertex AI is taken from the Google Cloud incident list, and GitHub Copilot from GitHub’s page, its Copilot part only). The status shown is the provider’s own word, not our test of the service.

The bars and “seen working” are our own record: for each day, whether the provider reported an outage or an issue in any of our checks. It is not the provider’s official uptime figure.

xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Midjourney, Hugging Face and OpenRouter do not publish a status feed a server may read, so they are not listed rather than guessed.

Is ChatGPT down right now?

Look at the OpenAI card: it shows what OpenAI’s own status page says, read within the last 5 minutes. If it says Working and ChatGPT still fails for you, the problem may be your connection, your browser or a fault OpenAI has not reported yet.

Why does a service say Working when it is not working for me?

Providers update their status pages by hand or with their own checks, often some minutes after a problem starts. A fault in one country, app or account can also go unreported.

How often is this updated?

Every 5 minutes. The time of the last reading is shown above the cards.
