   The market capitalisation of stock tokens has hit a record $3.9bn, with BNB Chain leading by blockchain at $1.2bn, followed by Ethereum at $842m and Solana at $742m, according to Token Terminal data. The three chains account for about 70% of the market.

   Tokenised stocks near $3.3bn as most BNB Chain trades fall outside US hours

   The total value of tokenised stocks has reached almost $3.3bn, up 15% in 30 days, with most trading on Solana and BNB Chain happening outside regular US market hours. SEC commissioner Mark Uyeda says platforms must disclose dollar-denominated prices, sizes, timestamps and daily volumes, plus liquidity pool addresses and balances.

   Securitize adds 13 tokenised US stocks, bringing total to 25

   Securitize has expanded its Securitize Stocks product with 13 US-listed companies, including Arista Networks, GameStop, ExxonMobil, Johnson & Johnson, Disney, Uber, Salesforce and Texas Instruments, taking the total to 25. The Solana-based tokens settle in USDC, are backed one-to-one by the underlying shares and are open to eligible investors in the US, EU and other permitted jurisdictions.
